I think Kwinn would justify a new sculpt but, as you said, he is obscure so they have to look at how many reuses they can get from either design. If they reuse a torso, a head and legs with shorts would likely be all they'd need for the Higgins version and a head for the Arctic version.

I think Pythona will get some special treatment. Hopefully someone in the design team watches more pro-wrestling than CW action series. Retro cardback Scarlett and Haslab Baroness are steps in the right direction.

Proportionally, I'd think the female Dial-Tone would be closer to Hayden Panettiere (sp?) but more of the curvy/petite build than the slender/lean muscle Valkyrie.

What do you know, they did a Joe Colton figure in 1994. Checking back in the thread, I guess this has been mentioned a few times. Captain Minh is an odd one to categorize. He helped Fred VII, but was tricked and in return he aided the Joes during the Cobra Civil War. But then was still working around Cobra Island around issue #100.

I probably don't have to remind Wedge, but just in case, I want to make it clear that this is another nom for Sgt. Major Duncan. As I recall, he didn't actually get a proper name for a few years. Glad to see him getting so much love in here. My own count is a kinda rough, but I believe he has almost as many nominations (if not just as many) as Wraith and Stiletto at this point. He might be tied with Dr. Venom just behind those two. Like I said, I've been counting, but it's only been a rough count. I also haven't been counting Joes.
