Yeah not ideal. But there isn't a lot I buy at the moment so I guess I can put up with a bit of price gouging or just buy more from Australia if I need too. If the prices go to crazy here in the UK too then all it might end up doing is make me look more seriously at Amazon dot com sales as at present they are not often worth it but it prices go up they might be.

It certainly makes me much more likely to look upon any less desirable character, pet set or two pack as potential clearance fodder rather than an item to pre-order.

I don?t know how you transformer fans put up with it I have seen the quality go down year after year the figures are lighter and flimsier , the last transformer I bought was unicron it?s wonderful and in the top ten toys that I own ,the quality the packaging it?s awesome , the newer transformers haslabs will never live up to it nothing can really unless they make a bigger cybertron ..

I just noticed that. Even though I'm not collecting Classified, I still like to peruse BBTS to see what's what.

I had already felt that the proliferation of "deluxe" figures at the $35 or $45 price point was a subtle way of raising the price across the line, but the $28 appears to be on basic figures now.

Oh but, I'm SURE they'll never hit $30. That's just CRAZY talk!

This is why I don't deal with them unless it's something you can't get anywhere else at somewhat decent prices.

They just had Dragonflies for sale yesterday for $420 and you can get those cheaper on ebay. Maybe Hasbro's overstock.

I don't see why big name stores need to price gouge.
