Chuckles and the rocket should come with the base release because they are essential to the HAVOC. Tier 1 could be an explosion effect to attach to the HISS.

It could also include Wraith and Stiletto as tiers 2 and 3.

To be fair, some plans change. WilliePete is extremely connected and accurate and even he got it wrong with Heartwrencher.

For all we know the Thundermachine and Snowcat were planned for regular release but then got tossed for the Stinger and AWE Striker, since they are more generic military vehicles and therefore more apt to sell to more than CLassified collectors.

Personally, I think Haslabs will be saved for the most iconic vehicles. So MOBAT, Snowcat, Whale, etc.

If they are switching between Joe and Cobra then Joe should be next, which you'd think would probably be a MOBAT. My personal thinking is that it will be the MOBAT and then next Haslab will be Cobra, probably the Stun.

Thundermachine definitely feels like VAMP class.

I'm probably the only person who wants the Hammer. Boy it was fragile (the guns on the sides at least) but it was fun stuffing a ton of Joes into it.

BTW, if you have any Joe (or any) pre-orders on BBTS that are paid with Sezzle, they're ending it this week. Just got an email.

Between Hasbro ending Paypal Pay-in-4 and BBTS ending Sezzle I'm going to have to cut down on my purchases. Too hard to have to pay full price for everything, especially when Hasbro decides to drop 50 pre-orders in one month at times!
