It will have been long enough for most of those from their initial iteration, and or provide classic ARAH stylized versions for stuff that's been recent or not yet released (Toxo Viper).

Oh. I know that is the reason. They confirmed that as far back as the 25th days in the old Q&As with Hasbro. It seems unlikely Hasbro legal wouldn't catch that or let that get by. Nut I would assume's legal department still has to get final say/approval (at least for names and design and art. They can stop them from doing '84 CoCo, so they must have final say) with these since they still own the characters and their logo is on thr cardback. But who knows! I guess if it ever changes then we will know for sure lol

I'm all about the lower Tier and ancillary Characters.. Give me Colonel Courage, Super Trooper, Interrogator, Dart, Blackstar, Cesspit, General Mayhem, Voltar, Crossfire, Doc II, Bombstrike, Action Man a fair few South American Characters etc..

Though there is a very long list of Viper and similar generics we need to get too as well. Frag Viper, HEAT Viper, Hydroviper, Toxoviper, Undertow, Data Viper, Paraviper, Shock Trooper, Incinerator, Astro Viper, TARGAT, Monstroviper, as well as a few Vehicle drivers I wouldn't say no too.

There is also a few things that fit in a weird "Hmmmmm" place like some of the later kinds of BAT or Vs4 Viper Infantry type that later became : https://www.yojoe.com/action/05/ironanvil.shtml.

I think it works better as an Iron Anvil for me. But both is fine.. Destro and Cobra do share a few designs after all. (Undertow & TARGAT for example)

I don't think V4 Viper is necessary or particularly in demand. There aren't a lot of different Iron Grenadiers anyway, and there are currently no enemy partroopers. We need Iron Anvil. And also ParaViper. And also Undertow. And also Hydro Viper. And TARGAT. And also whatever the Cobra counterpart to TARGAT is...also TARGAT, I guess. Maybe we don't need a Cobra TARGAT. I dunno.

That is what I was saying that Viper 4 isn't a high demand item. But that the design does work pretty well as a Iron Anvil (most so than it does a Viper Vrs 4).

Perhaps they could rename version 4 and call it a "Battle Viper" since it was part of the Battle Corps sub-line or call it an "Infantry Viper".

If they did make it (just hypothetically) then I wouldn't mid it if they move the colour to a slightly bluer shade of purple and moved the orange to red.
But the Orange and Blue might perhaps suit as a distant nod to Alley Viper Colours only in reverse and on a darker blue base.

I can see that kinda Trooper as being good for crewing vehicles or driving a mech they have a fully sealed suit and I think that give it a few niche uses that a normal uncovered neck and arms Viper wouldn't do.
This might not be full N.B.C. or Battle Armour but it certainly seems to be more protective than a default Viper's garb.. so I think that is part of the reason is works so well as an Iron Anvil too.
