The Six Million Dollar Man seems like something that might fit into the Adventure team setting to me.

I was looking at something about "Cyborg" the Novel that the Six Million Dollar Man is based upon. & I was wondering if that also influenced Deus Ex Human Revolution as : the Character in the Corporate security work he does is some what similar to Steve's CIA like activities in the novel 'Cyborg' and also like Steve in the novel Adam Jensen is a full quad amputee with all robot limbs & to some degree resents that is the case.
I think they even imply they are both Alcoholics too.

The toned it down a lot for the TV show in terms to the psychological drama and made him increasingly more like a Super Hero and less like a Super spy. Steve in the Novel is "barely" super human too he regains much of the function he lost plus a small boost but he wasn't running around tearing steel walls down and jumping 3 stories straight up etc.. (like in the TV show).

Oh and if you think The Six Million Dollar Man is "odd" I'd direct your attention to the "Bionic Boy".

They used to send clowns through the hospital to cheer up children ... which probably led to an increase in coulrophobia and an association between clowns and death.
(Also, I may have looked it up to be sure there hadn't been a 12' tall $6M Man figure.)

I did not have one that was 12 ft. tall, unfortunately, but had the version where you could look through the back of the head through the "bionic eye" and the robot with the Austin/Oscar/(awesome) John Saxon face plates. Seems like there was also a Bionic Woman doll/figure.


The fun part would be the alternate heads being either Andre the Giant or Ted "Lurch" Cassidy. And, the takedown fights between Bigfoot and SE's polar bear. Oh, the messages the Tele-Vipers would display on their visors at the sight of that battle!

Now we will need new tele vipers just for their words

Then think of him as "The Six Million Dollar Man", consider the potential for the character addition and focus on your inherent love for new and interesting character additions.

Zero indication of preparing to ship or updated ship date prior to then. Pulse said September 1 release date the last few days (I was checking to see if there were any hints of what that recent charge I saw was). Now it's shipped.

I'm going to cross my fingers that when I get my shipping notice, it is from FedEx so I can get him in 1-2 days. Heavy Duty is definitely a figure I might end up buying a second time for myself.
