I imagined the wheels being used on tracks or guide rails inside a jumbo jet or mountainside hangar, and the troops are strapped to the CLAW, then run to launch out the back of the jet or out of the hangar once the CLAW is freed from these tracks/rails. Your way is much funnier.

Decided to add a side-by-side of the render and spoiler for the CLAW Valkyrie.
I'd assumed from the render that she'd be gray/blue or black/blue.

The CLAW originally doubled as a drone which was G.I. Joe looking 40 years in the future and getting it right. The wheels were for the drone take-off and landing.

I am a bit surprised Classified dropped that angle and are leaning into the jetpack idea. This is also weird since the Joes have a much more streamlined jetpack and there's the Trouble Bubble, so the personal flight-tech in Classified doesn't have a lot of consistency.

It would be cool if the color of the logo was different, too. I'm sure there's probably a thread around here discussing if the colors are significant to various ranks or branches in COBRA. But, maybe not.

Although I suspect they will lean into the old lore of Crystal Ball being from Cobra La if he's got actual fangs?

I don't expect Darklon to be radically more vibrant but I don't think that pic is doing him any justice. Very flat and unbalanced lighting.

Agreed. Seems like Classified has toned down one of the aspects that made the o-ring figures so popular/memorable. Guess they aren't using flashy colors to draw us in anymore. Blowtorch no longer hurts to look at, on the upside.

Speaking of leaks, did we ever find out why some like WilliePete were so sure Heartwrencher was coming and yet we got Quarrel out of left field instead?

Was that just a fake out from Hasbro to retailers, was their a last minute switch, or did someone just get Quarrel and Heartwrencher mixed up?
