I wish Hasbro's would make the weapons as sturdy as Marauder weapons. They feel much better and don't droop or bend.

Agreed. I'm just now starting to collect Classified, and those rubbery, droopy weapons are by far my biggest disappointment with the line.

Are these new creations? Because their Viet Nam figures KS is 2.5 years since funding and still nada. And from the looks of the last update, nothing coming anytime soon. I am starting to get a little PO'd now.

Their rifles and some of the SMGs are about 15% - 20% too small, and the SAW is woefully too short. Sooooo close. BUT the swords and pistols are spot on.

All the 1:12 scale weapons currently in stock were designed and manufactured well before the Nam KS. Wave 3 1:12 weapons have been placed on the back burner along with all other projects until after the Nam KS is delivered.

The weapons are actually accurate 1:12 scale - but future waves will be scaled up slightly to match the Classified size. The SAW is modeled after the FN M249 PARA which is optimized for airborne, armored infantry and close quarters combat (CQC) operations with a shorter barrel and collapsible buttstock.

I bought a lot of 45 pistols, they really is perfect for Classifieds. I am not a fan of all the different pistols Hasbro makes and these are perfect if you want to keep everything uniform. All my Joes with holsters get the MTF 45.

It's a shame they don't have a larger selection. MTF is a much more affordable option to Grid Iron. My hope is they will make Classified scale M-16s down the road.

There is a lot planned for 1:12 scale (and 1:18 still too) - but everything is on hold until the NAM KS is fulfilled.
