I have a bunch of random figures that I love the way they look, but don't have enough of them to display together. Batman is my only DC figure. I've only got like 5 Black Series figures. I know they don't really belong together, but I'd rather stare at them on a shelf with other randos than keep them boxed away. |

Yeeeeeuuppp. Haven't even opened the figures yet but I'm loving everything about this. The Hiss is great, but this takes the edge for sure. The fact that is was $25 cheaper is WILD. Awesome piece.
Gotta move some things around to get my Jetpack Joes in Stalker and Starduster back into the picture. Otherwise I've only had to lose the white version of Timber from my previous setup. Last edited by DarkLordMordred; 11-12-2024 at 06:38 AM.. Reason: Trimmed fat |

I am going to try and figure out how to light this whole setup so I can take better shots! That is a kitbash I was messing around with. His beret fell off. I'll probably eventually replace him with a named character. More shots in the Classified Kitbash thread. https://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-j...vaganza-8.html |

Glad to see people are getting their Dragonflies in. So far the pics look great. If I had to guess, most of the delays had been attributed to the paint adjustments on the outfits. I think they came out great! The faces do seem a bit pale, but not enough for me to feel slighted in the cost. Thanks to all those sharing their photos. I would not dare share any photos anymore after seeing the quality demanded to give them their proper due. Plenty of talented individuals here.
Obviously the space consumed will be felt when the Rattler gets delivered, but there's plenty of time to figure that out when the time comes. I do worry about the future of all the Hasbro lines and haslabs as space constraints are affecting many by now. I've worked tirelessly keeping the lines I do collect organized. So i completely understand those cherry picking here and there. I've been doing that with Transformers for years. This action figure line is so good, it's hard to say no. Growing up I've witnessed many car guys have their project car sit for years with good intent on completing only to collect dust. I hope my toy collection doesn't fall into the same fate. Of course owning an off-road vehicle, the joke is, it's never complete. It's one thing to make sure the figures are acquired and another to dream up a proper display. Which ends up needing adjustments due to wave after wave of the lines expansion. I have no regrets collecting what I have, but it's getting close to the point of having to design and construct a custom display from scratch. Such as Dfender has done. Not only that, but holy cow some of those pics in the photo thread are extremely intimidating. |

As for the figures, the portraits all look weird and the intense eye paint leaves them all looking surprised. The skin tone is pale and doesn't have the slight sheen of other Classified releases. The deco looks more like paint than ink jet. I've only reviewed Wild Bill so far, but next to my workshop Dusty he is noticeably different. Having said all of that, those differences don't ruin the figure for me. I think they were weird misses on the production side, but they'll be fine on the shelf/in the Dragonfly.
