No I was suggesting or asking I guess if it is actually illegal for him to be wearing a Human Skull as decoration. If they legally purchased the Skeleton & could prove as much - rather than say "making their own" from a rival gang member's remains.

It is a genuine question, as I don't actually know what regulations cover the use of human remains... there is for example books bound in Human skin & if someone had themselves stuffed and mounted you could legally buy a stuffed taxidermy of a Human as far as I am aware.

I just was thinking about the distinction between what is legally acceptable and what is socially acceptable.

Can't you kind of just do whatever if it's like an ancestor and they were buried legally on your property? Maybe it's Road Pig's dad's skull who taught him everything he knows.
