Does anyone know if there's a way to reduce the preorder quantities of an item on pulse without cancelling the entire item?

I have 2 preorders of the Steel Commander / Twilight Guard (after telling myself I wouldn't order any), but now I want to reduce it to just the one set.

Looks like my only option is to cancel and place a new order for the updated quantity.

I don't mind the real skull either, but Ash Talon's idea of it being silver and your idea with chrome or matte black are making me second-guess. It will match with his knee armor if you go with the silver or chrome.

Could also have been a glitch if he did the latter. I usually have my packages picked by daily with a scan form as receipt. Sometimes the scan does not activate until leaving the post office and I have even had a few where the first registered scan was the item being delivered.

I always get a receipt at the PO just to be sure they scan it right then and there.

Going through something with a buyer now who claims he never received an item. Tracking says it was delivered to a PO box in his town, and he says it's not in the box and the employees don't know where it is. Now he's trying to get a refund out of me.

It's been the worst few weeks ever for shipping on multiple levels. Like a curse.

I haven't seen an option to cancel x amount from an order. I accidentally ordered 7 of something that sold out and wanted to cancel 5 of them but had to cancel the entire order. Maybe customer service could do it, didn't try that.

Also appears this set is sold out on Pulse. Was this exclusive to them? Maybe I just hold tight with the two.

Dont cancel just call pulse customer service they can/will handle it .

It is no problem buddy ,i will already be ordering it anyways so an extra or 2 is nothing ..
I have no plans that day but lounging by the pool and hanging out w/the gf ..

Yes it was a Pulse Exclusive. I have not been able to cancel quantities from orders. I have been able to cancel items if ordered multiple different items though but never reduce the amount of one item.
