That happened to my Son's order. He received it without notice, then a week later got the shipping emails and credit card charged.

Is it Hasbro being sneaky or is there a logistical reason for this? I'd speculate that they order slightly more than they put up for preorder so they have a little wiggle room in case of product lost or damaged in shipping. Once all the preorders are accounted for, they then sell off any remaining stock they have on hand. This prevents them from having to issue cancellations because they had insufficient supply to match the preorders they sold.

As for the timing, I wonder if the stock/shipping team works nights. At the end of the shift they put the overstock into the system and then it drops on Pulse.

Just my theory. Could be wrong.

I actually think you might be right but i like to entertain the thought of corporate conspiracy and greed sometimes because we all know it happens.. a lot !!

That is ridiculous , i was charged a week later after i had received mine , i mean who does that every online figure/supply/paint purchase comes off that card so i dont know what they were thinking charging me after i opened it like 2 days later .

I would also sell them people still want those figs , and some are afraid of buying 2 figures and be stuck with the one they dont want , legends i see it more than any other line , and i get it ..

I just buy what i want and sell off what is extra it becomes a lot after a few years of not selling anything …
