Yeah, doing a full Classified HOF entry would be fine, and kind of fun. I would personally vote Alpha Commando Snake-Eyes > Serpentor > Retro Scarlett > Retro Duke.

But honestly, this year, Retro Scarlett and Duke are the only ones on that list, obviously.

Would a Defiant count as a "holy grail"? Despite never being all that big on the "space" aspect of GI Joe, I was big into the space shuttle program, and always wanted a Defiant. Finding a complete one now seems like a pipe dream. I would be in immediately for a Defiant Haslab (an original o-ring size one obviously, as a Classified one would clearly be ludicrous).

MOC V1 snake eyes in perfect shape.

Most of the action man and vintage stuff.

Most vehicle mib ex Flagg, skystriker , hiss.

A MOC bat in perfect condition.

There are plenty of figures that are of equal or greater caliber in terms of rarity than pimp daddy Destro.

My personal "holy grail"? To find my carded Crimson Guard that I've had since I found it in a Ben Frankin dime store in 1992. I never sold it - but when we moved in 2012 - certain things have never been seen again. Crimson Guard is one of them. I'm convinced that one day I will open some random tote thinking it's old 1980's CDs and tapes - and I'll find a treasure trove of lost items.
