The drivers, obviously. You can't be a Stinger driver unless you have at least 3 years of experience helping out at your dad's auto shop.

I interpreted the way the Hiss Tactician was sold as not "This is the only hiss Tactician we will ever make" so much as "we are making a unique colour His Tactician that will only be in this set and if we ever make one again it will be a different colour.

What they actually intended to say "I do not know".

In that case it definitely should've been one of the more interesting color schemes. A HISS driver with a black chest piece screams "mass market repaint" more than any of the other options, and surely they'd just put out the standard driver in a slightly different (brighter?) shade of red as a future Retro figure rather than another Tactician.

And then maybe Rip It eventually.
