The leading and kerning is also jacked up and the super indent is weird. Maybe it IS intentional.

Maybe spell checking is what's holding up the Dragonfly.

Is that star ing or staring at the vehicle.
I don't think the ignition works just by staring at it. P.s. I bet they will still release the Rattler and the Dragonfly with the ammo colour in reverse. |

Mega Man X. Those are the 2 things I collect. GI Classified and Mega Man X. Problem with Mega Man X is that it's usually all the same figures/models. Mega Man X, Zero, Black Armor Zero, and if you're lucky, they'll throw a Vile in there. Luckily, Kotobukiya, the company that has the license now, is giving us some more original stuff that none of the previous license holders have done before. Finally getting Sigma next year. That one is going to be awesome.

Yes, obviously. So what? If they spoke English as a second language, they'd still be less likely to make spelling errors and more likely to make grammatical ones. So, I'm 100% leaning toward this being an intentional thing implying that, in universe, these vehicles are either supposed to be cheaply made or manufactured too fast to proofread copy. Or both.

I mentioned MARS before, so, I can absolutely see Destro shouting at someone, "FORGET ABOUT PROOFREADING ANYTHING! COBRA COMMANDER WANTS HIS VEHICLES FAST, FAST, FAST!" |

Holy cow, I've been trying to find this exact information. Thank you! And not to go too far down the rabbit hole, but does that mean Sears Wishbook offerings were almost a year old or did they get to offer them ahead of the mass market?
Sorry. This has been bugging me for some reason. Semi-related....and now going down that rabbit hole lol The Dreadnoks were actually designed and sculpted in summer 1983 and were possibly intended to be part of the 1984 series but got bumped for unknown reasons (budget maybe?). Shipwreck was also originally supposed to be in the 1984 lineup (likely was delayed in order to make some changes, like giving him a shirt instead of being bare-chested with a removable life jacket accessory like he was originally supposed to) and the Terror Drome and AVAC were originally slated to be part of 1985's lineup before getting delayed to 1986. The Dreadnoks and Tollbooth also all have 1984 neck designs. Which explains them being designed earlier than the rest of the 1985 figures were. It was by far my least favorite one out of the six we got to vote on. I really liked the purple one, the navy one and the other two black ones. Something about the red and black just looked "off" to me and wasn't quite right. Figures that was the one everyone else wanted though! lol
