I'm not usually a packaging guy but Cobra Commander's package is freaking sweet. I wish Serpenter and Mindbender's had been packaged the same way.

I LOVE OAMCC's package design. But I love Serpentor's as well. They both do what they are supposed to exceedingly well. Serpy's had to say "Hey look I'm special and contain a beasty chariot". Love the way it was handled.

But it's an utter PITA to open.

It's GREAT for display. I nearly tore the skin off my fingers putting it together, but overall it was worth it to have a swamp skier that Zartan could stand next to with his "Don't mind me, I'm just a harmless old swamp hermit!" mask on.

The top half of the main "hull" is VERY cheap and flimsy, like a cookie tray, so it feels precarious to try to actually "play" with. If I had to do it over again, I would chill out and wait to see if Hasbro releases one, but overall I think it's not bad at all for the price.

Mine came to me in the mail (from Hasbro!) looking like a pair of horny wolverines had opened it and then decided to shove it back together and resell it, so that colors my opinion. Like, literally the entire left front panel arrived in the mail nearly completely off. I don't purchase duplicates, even of infantry, but have seriously considered trying to find a more minty box.

Oh wow. That sucks. I noticed in the site images there's a clear piece beside the green top. I didn't understand what that was. You cleared it up.

The Noneff Swamp Skier is pretty nice for $30 (I guess $40 with the stickers unless you have your own waterslides).

That light green top is super-thin and flexible. If I imagine a 1/8-inch thick fiberglass shell over a Ski-doo or ATV, then shrink it down to 1/12 the size, then the flimsiness matches my expectations. Hasbro definitely could not get away with selling something that thin without choking dozens of children, but Noneff does not have to play by those rules. So not as sturdy as a real toy, but nice to have with Zartan.

I fondly remember the Dreadnoks breaking Cobra Commander out of Blackwater prison at the start of the Weather Dominator series. The swamp skier is not forgettable to me.
