I?m hoping the next $100 vehicle is the Skyhawk. It seems a lot of people seem to break pushing for the Polar Battle Bear, the Devilfish or even Destro?s Despoiler as $100 options but I just don?t see it. They?re all pretty small vehicles with very few moving parts. I could see Hasbro toy with a $75 price point but $100 for those three vehicles seems absurd when the VAMP and Stinger are far larger. I feel like we?re stepping in the wrong direction by asking for smaller vehicles in the $100 range.

Given that, hoping to get Dragonfly right around Christmas. Going to be out of the country again mid-month, would rather not deal with that again.

There some pics about a week ago or so somebody posted and the devilfish/skyhawk were almost the size of the arah vamp . But i agree they shouldnt be that price point i was thinking

I see the Skyhawk being in the $75 - $85 range. $100 seems too high for me - unless it's kitted out with alternate weapons, ground-crew stuff like a missile cart or crates of 'parts'. Something that could accent the Dragonfly sitting on the tarmac.

Well shit! Lol That date is about 6 weeks earlier than the one I found online, so I got my hopes up for nothing!

So like DFender initially had said, probaby getting the DF the week of Xmas.

Personally, I’m really hoping the $100 vehicle is the Skyhawk or Armadillo. Vehicles, and specifically Joe vehicles, have always been my favorite part of the line. Unfortunately, I didn’t really start collecting ARAH until 85, so the Classified line hasn’t really hit any of the vehicles that I have a strong attachment to, yet.

How about transitioning to Battle Corps, Sky Patrol, DEF (maybe lose the 'drug'?... make it 'domestic engagement force' or something?), Sonic Fighters, and Star Brigade.

I would probably support an alternate take on these later-era sub lines. They could be made mostly with repaints of existing figures and I'd be okay with that. Take Grunt and paint his pants yellow - and shirt brown - and call him 'Battle Corps' Grunt. Take Retro Duke and give him red/tan camo. Repaint Stalker and Hawk into 'Talking Battle Commanders' versions. Repaint Mutt in Blue and call him the DEF version. All of this could be done with minimal new accessories.

Before or in time for Christmas would be ideal. I know I will be shellin out some serious cash to give my boys a good Christmas. Dad is going to need something significant to open on Christmas morning too.

I am pretty tapped out on Tiger Force and Python Patrol. I dont have a strong desire or emotional connection to any of the outstanding characters in those lineups. I also dont think adding new figs to those color schemes will have the same impact. A good figure design could prove me wrong of course, but I would much rather they dip their toes into the many other sub lines throughout ARAH history.

It is easier to display a collection when the line is over. I don’t see GI Joe Classified coming to an end anytime soon. Seems it at its peak and going strong to me. For me this line cost too much to keep the toys in storage waiting to display.
