I almost wish they would just charge you at the time of the preorder. While it might be frustrating to wait at least we know the funds have been taken and don't have to worry about having them at a later date if a bunch of stuff drops together.

You can actuallly set this up for yourself. Most banks allow you to make separate accounts attached to your main account. When I had to buy a generator for my house, I set up an account specifically with the money for the generator while I waited the months it took for the parts, inspections, and installation to go through.

You could easily set up the same for your collecting budget and just transfer the money over whenever you preorder something. As a bonus, if you are floating a high enough balance, you might be able to earn a little interest on the money while it waits.

I agree with the sentiment that giving your money for a company to sit on for months before delivering product is good for them and bad for you. If you can have money tied up, use it to make interest for yourself. I'd much rather keep the payment on delivery model and manage my own finances as needed.

Ok, guess they must have only gotten a limited amount, as i spoke with their customer service last week and they said they had not gotten any yet and assumed they would in September as i told them Pulse and Entertainment Earth was shipping, BBTS seemed surprised others were already shipping.
Im in no hurry, just wondering why BBTS was running behind.

Yeah not sure on what Customer Service does or does not know but my Son and I have both received ours from BBTS. They were shipping before anyone else but like you said.. maybe it was a limited amount. Hopefully they'll get the remainder of their stock soon so those waiting can finally get their orders.

Let alone more of moulds we've already had plenty of that just kinda appear like the NPC + Shockwave kinda did.

I just find it "not very likely" that between Sept 2024 & December 2025 they will only release a single vehicle at $100 when we got the Stinger and the Vamp only a few months apart.

The only way I can see that making sense is if they are "starting over" on a new mould.

But to my mind if they really are going to only do the one $100 vehicle in 2025 then that seems like more of a reason to release a Snow Cat or a Thundermachine in the same year and quite early in the year too so it doesn't step on the toes of the 2025 Haslab.

There is also the lingering question of Emily's statements about the Hiss Mold too where she was very very careful and specific in her wording about it that seemed to not rule out repaints or a retro version.

She went out of her way to make sure she was saying "Classified Hiss" I think she also said something once about really wanting to do a Crimson Hiss too (which to be honest makes sense as it would allow them to do things like a Crimson Missile System on top).

If for example they were going to risk some people's ire and actually release an Arctic of Crimson Hiss in 2025 then that would also be a reason why they'd only have a single $100 vehicle out and why they might kick the Thunder Machine and Snow Cat can down the road.

I don't know though, Hasbro being Hasbro I can easily see them pulling a surprise Dreadnok Ground assualt out of nowhere. I just don't know if I think that would actually be a good or a bad idea to release a Stinger repaint before or after the Thunder Machine.. It just seems like a long way to wait for after.. and yet one might also say that colour scheme is "low priority" or that they'd really rather just have a minor remould of the Punisher Cycle for the Dreadnoks (or something similar to that) anyway.

Never said there was only one vehicle coming in 2025, just that there is a $100 price point Joe(not cobra) vehicle coming in 2025 that is not a vamp repaint of any kind. That said, I currently don't have any listings for any other vehicles in that price range($100) for 2025.

Im sure a few are on the fence about this but IMO they can remake the halsab hiss till the cows come home
make it a different color
Different weapons/loadout
Different characters/figures
Lose the electronics
Bam its a different hiss
I would be in for an arctic version 2 @ least
A crimson sure why not
Maybe a blue/yellow/grey version for the range vipers
As long as it doesnt look the same i dont care if they remake it ..
But i would much rather have a thunder machine or an awe striker , for smalls give us the devilfish/fang/skyhawk/sharc/armadillo or the falcon glider and the cobra version as well we are getting the claws next year cant wait to have a flock of them hanging in the room ..
