I think if they do a VAMP MarkII, they should include some 3rd-Party inspired upgrades. Beefier wheels, Armor, etc. Something more to set it apart from the regular VAMP.

I think they'd do fine just releasing the green VAMP again and calling it a day. People are clamoring for that thing now. Even the marked up damaged boxed ones from BBTS sold out in minutes. Clutch is an awesome figure and he's not even plentiful on the secondary market on his own.

Welp now my Stinger's out for delivery. Amazon doesn't know when they want to bring it.

Looks like they're the only ones left with stock until November. I guess a second run is underway. I don't trust BBTS and EE's dates though.

I'd be happy if we didn't lobby for $100 vehicles at all. I mean I get it.. vehicles cost a lot.. but I don't want to ever be comfortable clamoring for things to be $100. I'm happy to see what they can fit in the sub $100 category personally.

I realize people are just saying what they'd rather have at that price point than more Vamps.. I just don't like sending the very clear signal we're just fine with that price point... I mean I can afford the hobby just fine but I'd prefer for my money to go a little longer when possible.

Ive mentioned this a few times now i would be all over 6-9 choppers i would paint them myself .. if i didnt like the factory look ..

It seems the people on this specific site are not taken with vehicles.
But when I am elsewhere online I see lots of people very excited to have bigger vehicle be the Hasbro or Mcfarlane one.

I get some people like what they like. But I can't help but recall that Hasbro themselves used to describe Gi Joe as a Vehicle based line (in its original form) so having some sort of presence for the vehicles doesn't seem wrong to me at all.

As for repaints yeah I notice that in the Transformers fandom there will be some people who only want the best possible version of a character and only that one version and other people who want everything... and plenty in the middle between those extremes.

I totally get why people turn their nose up at Python Patrol, Crimson themed repaints, and Tiger Force and Night Force.

But speaking for myself I am very much keen on "environmental story telling" and as such I am thinking in terms of themes so in a good number of cases the repaint is my favourite version of a release not the original : for example the Crimson Alley Viper.

I don't think it is unreasonable to be low key on the vehicles if that is what you like.

But if you want a dozen Classified Hiss Tanks then "you do you".

All I can say is I "make the space" for an Arctic Hiss and a Crimson Hiss at some point as I'd see them as centrepiece items.
