He shows his face many times in the OG comics though so it's not like it was the "core" of his character. Hama most clearly stopped caring about hiding his face - he hid Cobra Commander's face over Snake-Eyes' face.

Would love to see a deluxe Snake-Eyes with "Hidden" face (ie top of face blacked out), Unmasked "Bulging Eye", "Post Plastic Surgery", and Lurp Mode.

Call me crazy but I also liked Devil's Due's 'post surgery pretty boy' look.

Pretty sure most of us already own them on DVD. It's more about having them upgraded to HD on Bluray, like the movie.
