Looks like the same face to me. Having the baseball cap split at the brim instead of having the hair and hat be interchangeable is certainly an odd choice.

That Heavy Duty head looks really good. His missile/rocket weapon system is going to be insane in the 6" scale. Looking forward to our second '91 Joe in Classified.

I included him for a few reasons.
His vehicle isn't very likely to be made for Classified
He was sold as a single figure in many international markets
He very strongly complements The desert themed Clutch one would expect to see made at some point.
His status as a semi-generic also applies to the tan version.. especially as they slowly add more sand coloured deco items.
If the Haslab next year is the Mauler he's complement its colours nicely too.
They already have the mould so he's an easy addition to make.

Love it. He looks great. Love that we might be getting 2 head sculpts as well. The backwards hat look is a must. Heavy Duty is a release I am legitimately excited for.

I tried to pretend this, but I never could manage to make it stick in my head cannon. Part of me still knows that it's just a bullshit version of Roadblock. He's been retired to a drawer now for years. I do like the sunglasses he comes with, but could never get those to stay on any other figure without a lil tack.
