Does anyone know how they get action figures in those plastic coffins?

It doesn't look like they're pressed in since there's no damage to the outer plastic. It's almost like the plastic is formed around the figure and accessories.

I think classified has hit its peak in terms of a collectors base. That does not mean it cannot continue to make money but the amount of people buying is not going to grow. For every new collector there is probably one that stops collecting.

I believe the plastic is formed around the figure as you mentioned. For some figures / brands, there is often a criss cross / netting pattern in the plastic. Wonder if there's something that stabilizes the figure and accessories while the plastic is formed around.

Hard to say though. Sometimes with the way accessories are slotted in, it kinda goes against what I'm suggesting above. Then there seems to be another process for tape to be applied to hold some bits and bobs in the tray.

It only lists them with USD so I am not sure. Lego is tops with $792 million in 2024. That seems low if global numbers.

Yes they did and I think he meant Transformers for combined B&M and online sales.

Agree. And the 'nice-i-fication' of GIJoe at BnM isn't helping either - imo. I get a feeling that retail buyers still only see GIJoe as a 'war toy'... and war toys don't sell. Therefore - we only get tons of figures with pets, python patrol, tiger force and other 'fantasy' elements on retail pegs. Nothing that looks too mean or violent.
