X-Men '97 as well, though the animation isn't really that similar to the '92 cartoon. I would love a Sunbow-style season 3 40 years later for Joe.

Most I could see them drop was TVC from Star Wars and I SERIOUSLY doubt that would happen. TVC basically funds Star Wars Haslabs.
Even with Star Wars a virtual wasteland until the Mando movie I'm sure Hasbro wants to be in on a possible Baby Yoda craze reignition. Although Disney does nominally make their own 3.75 Star Wars (whether they are made by Disney or just Disney not listing Hasbro on the package is anyone's guess). Transformers, Play-Doh and Hasbro gaming combined for 65% of revenue. GI Joe, which is listed under portfolio brands, was part of a group that accounted for just 10% of revenue. I am waiting to see the 2024 numbers compare to the above 2023 numbers.

I'd be surprised if they did Armadillo as a HasLab, personally. I know it's a little larger than a "basic" size vehicle but it still always felt like something like a one-man mini. Could see it maybe as a VAMP-type release, but it could work as a Deluxe if they really had it in scale with the original 3.75" to figure ratio, couldn't they?

Hasbro cannot drop Star Wars and/or Marvel. Disney can drop Hasbro since they own the IPs. Star Wars and Marvel accounted for 18% of Hasbro?s revenue in 2023. They cannot make up that kind of a loss. Star Wars and Marvel would be fine without Hasbro making their toys. Hasbro would not be fine not making Star Wars and Marvel toys.

I am waiting to see the 2024 numbers compare to the above 2023 numbers. Interesting. Hope gi joe breaks out of that category. Maybe some of the other portfolio brands they should cut? |

I still feel like the WHALE and Moray somehow feel like a bridge too far in terms of size, shelf-space, etc. OTOH, I also still feel like as long as we keep throwing our money at them, what's stopping them? I'd just hate to start seeing them start to try and save money by cutting out play features or details.

I would like to see a cartoon or comic covering the 87 -88 years. something to bridge the gap between Sunbow and the DIC cartoons with it starting right after the movie ended
