I don't have any worries that Baroness would unlock, she's so desirable some would order more just to get her made and then cancel it if they had to I suspect.

But I wouldn't be surprise if the rattler easily sales past 20K there seems to be a core audience (I guess including reseller) that ends up with very similar end results each time, and even if there is some concern about cost or size I don't think it will put the Baroness at risk.

I would say that expecting 18K for all onlocks on a whale would be a concern but one we may not have to worry about for a while.

It probably wouldn't cost too much on the back end to toss in a dark blue Techno-Viper.

How about the Pilot figure that comes with the CLAW only in reverse colours, that way they'd look a bit like Wild Weasel.

I do kinda like that ground crew guy with the lollipops though.. but I can see them throwing that into a "world of rattler pack" in 2025/26 anyway.

I certainly wouldn't say know to a 4th Figure (even a Hiss tactician repaint -lol)

Yeah, I understand overall production costs are a factor, but no one would whine about a Haslab exclusive repaint of something we already have. At the very least hopefully they learn from this and don't try to do something like patches again for the next one and just budget in a 4th figure as an unlock from the start.

And maybe at Pulsecon they'll drop some renders of a Rattler-adjacent figure or two like the HISS Fire Team.

I wonder if/when we get some fancy promotional pictures of the Dragonfly with all the figures as so far they mostly show Wild Bill and not the others.. it would be nice to have some photos for them too "just because".

I'd be very happy with a repaint as a Tier Figure so long as it is a nice repaint... after all that is not that unlike what we got with The Dragonfly.

Glenda is a pre-paint/repaint of Scarlett with a new head and some gear that I expect will show up again many other places (in fact lenny said as much and that is why it is adjustable to male and female body types even though it debuts on a female figure).

Also the Nightforce lot can realistically all be considered pre-paints too.

Of course if they want to add the illusion of perceived value then they just pick a figure that has not been release yet to repaint before the main one comes out - even though they already intended to release it normally.

It does seem that Crazy Legs was a rather last minute edition to the Dragonfly as they didn't even have a render for him.

What that might be specifically for a Rattler.. well that Techno-Viper isn't a bad suggestion. As I tend to see the red and grey Techno-viper as being Hiss Tank and HMS specific. So one specific for Aircraft makes some logical sense too.

I don't think Canon Compliance is always a 100% important thing if what they do "makes sense" if one were to imagine it in a real world sense.

Star Wars is a bit like Gi Joe with it's Storm Troopers and you get colour difference of the same trooper type sometimes.

I supposed one of the more blue toned Viper Infantry wouldn't be a bad inclusion either. But they could also do that with a another Trubble Bubble repaint in packaging designed to complement the Rattler.. since I expect they do get use for parameter defence of an airbase.

I think he will too. Hasbro hinted more figires will follow to help populate the cantina in 2025 and beyond, so I am hoping!

I'm skeptical of that, just because it's one person who said that and we don't have proof. They may have read too much into something or misunderstood. It's possible, but because we have no audio or video of this it could just be false info.

I'm not expecting a 4th, but if they do it will jist be a very nice surprise. A blue Techno-Viper that fit with the regular Troopers would be pretty cool to get. Maybe a ground crewman using existing parts from the Trooper, Officer, TV and other figures could end up being kind of cool too.

I'm not too optimistic. I only say thst because thry never released promo shots for all the HISS figures either. The Dragonfly probably won't either, but I would absolitely love.to be 100% wrong here. I love those promo shots and am still very disappointed Road Pig also didn't get any beauty shots.

Wonder if Hasbro just wanted to save a buck here and there and just never gave them the budget or the okay to do promo shoots for those items. I'm glad the Rattler got a bunch though!

Would love to find out from one of the two Hasbro photographers that take all the promo/diorama pics. I know Matthew Cohen is one of them, but there is another guy that does some of them too, just can't remember his name.

This sounds like wish-casting to me. Unless the Rattler funding really starts to fall off, I don;t see Hasbro having any incentive to sweeten the pot. I would be careful of buying into these kinds of rumors. The collector fan base likes to work itself up into believing these things and then are upset when they don't come to pass.

Objectively, what Hasbro has learned from the Rattler is that customers will fund a HasLab that has patches as a tier.

Not saying that's good or bad; it's just the data they currently have.

For sure. The VAMP tested the market. Its success is probably the reason we're seeing wider distribution for the Stinger. It's possible that they could be over-estimating demand for the Stinger, but this fandom loves buying multiples of Cobra releases. Hopefully they all sell and this becomes another reason to keep making mid-sized vehicles for Classified.

They really should do another run of the Vamp and ferret. When they sold out on the old pulse they both sold less than the HISS and Dragonfly. Less than Chuckles. The Vamp I kind of understand as they were testing the new price point. But the Ferret? It didn't even get a brief restock. One small run then archived. Very odd.

Honestly, the more I look at the Stinger the less I like it. Those windows make it where you might as well never put a figure inside.
