Yeah, I just don't understand the mindset of not seeing Giant Man as a focal piece for a collection. Also wanted the EoV, but for the price, was expecting either the Phantom Rider w/steed or Ketch Rider w/cycle as unlocks. It was the 40th Anny! That said, happy to now have the Ketch rider and am hoping we see a watered down version of Reyes w/Hell Charger at some point. Phantom Rider's a pipe dream (which is why the HasLab would've been the perfect opportunity for it), but I still want one. lol

Dragon Man... Easy pass for me, but I'm glad that he's being done for everybody who wants one. Hopefully the price is right.

Personally, I prefer $300 Haslab. That being said, I don't know if I want to wait for 2027 if Mauler is 2025.

I had 2 Snowcats and adored that vehicle. It was the counter to my multiple HISS Tanks as a child as I never had the Mauler or Mobat.

$150 easily. I don't need working treads. Frankly they offer nothing to me on my Figma tanks if not for them being battery operated movement, and it THEN being a cool feature to have because it moves on it's own.

Given all this HASLAB speculation on what would sell, and seeing the rather wild interest in OAMCC which was derided pre-release because: "Ugh, Cobra-la"...what are the thoughts on this concept:

A Cobra-La themed playset and figures, including a light-up BET with new Falcon, the Clamshell monster with base/pool with working "mouth" to put CoCo in, and the giant Snake shrine Golobulus ruled from - along with a disfigured (post Falcon stabbing) Snake tail Golbulus and a male and female Cobra-La denizen?

I'd be in if the price were between Dragonfly and Rattler. That 4 figs, a technical vehicle centerpiece, and 2 playset pieces.

It would also leave room for regular Golobulus in Pod, Royal Guards and Pythona to release regularly. If Nemesis sells as well as OAMCC appears to be (still need more data for sure), this seems like a smart set to me at least.

The phantom rider in my opinion would have set the tone as the first tier i mean it ,cmon who doesnt want a flaming horse , i backed the eov like so many others i really wanted the car more than anything but the tiers were horrible , and it showed . Maybe they can do a charger again like they are doing with dragon man ..


I only collect comic legends unless its spidey/wolvie/dp , or some other rando they theow out there ..

I want more old characters from old marvel comics like goom or googam so many older characters from 60 plus years ago that would be seen under a new light as a legends figure .

I said it before i have no hate or dislike for any genre of gijoe , they all served a part to get to where they are @ today i love cobra la and the mythos behind it i liked it in 87 and i still do now the only part of cobra la i dont like is serpentor screaming it as his battle cry never did then either .. either way im in for whatever they make this is probably the last joe line im going to collect so im all in , all other lines are secondary right now ..

Ghost rider haslab got wrecked because of everything around it. Price increases at the beginning of the year, change in packaging that was more expensive apparently..., the way they announced the tiers, the price of the haslab itself, the actual tiers. Corporate saw marvel legends as an unstoppable train and went ham but boy did social media put an end to that. That year for me was the lowest of all marvel legends. It had so many youtubers under fire too. I remember when Dan Who raged because he got called a schill. That original video and apology video don't even exist anymore lol.

I don't think any of the Cobra La figures will have a problem selling. People were naysaying OAMCC before it was available since it's from the movie and a ton of the fanbase never liked it, meanwhile it went up for order and literally everyone here was quick on the draw to get him or upset they couldn't.
Unless Nemesis goes up on Amazon too, he'll be in the same boat, and I would bet Golobulus and Pythona and the Cobra La Guards will be too.

People can trash that movie and Cobra La all they want, but the demand is clearly there. I used to hate the movie as a kid because it was such a weird side-story and I just wanted to see Joes and Cobras punching each other, but now I just think of it as being part of the lore the same as anything else and I've already got shelf space planned plotted out for the whole Cobra La crew with Serpentor as the center piece.
