I love the Bridger Layer also, I have two, but agree that as a Haslab it would be on the boring side. It has a very specific use which probably doesn't come up all that often and would limit display options.
I would love a Mauler but I guess I'm in the minority as for me I would have to have it tan. It just wouldn't seem right to me in green. Although who am I kidding I would probably get it anyway. I guess the Rolling Thunder would be too big? That thing had play features up the wazoo. I would love to see a mock-up of one in Classified size just to see what it would look like. . https://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-j...g-thunder.html

If they ever decide to do a Titan Class Transformers equivalent for Gi Joe I can see one of them being a HAVOC.
It might be one they can get away with repainting a bit and so justify doing as a self contained release. I don't think it would need light and other fancy Haslab stuff particularly. It is a Vehicle people like mocking for it's design weaknesses though. I personally would see a lot of merit in it if it had Optional armour for the wind shield and also had a flat carry deck with adjustable armour covers so it couldn't just take the hovercraft but also any small vehicle that would fit in that space like a Polar Battle Bear, or Devilfish. Making it to accurate would make it very niche making it actually able to function as a combat carry vehicle would make it very useful though. You don't have to change a lot just the doors on the back really. I would perhaps also suggest tweaking the way the main gun attaches so it is able to rotate and make the seat on top fold down flat too (as an option). It might also be beneficial to have the front cannons able to fold away so they don't get stuck on stuff. So kinda like the HISS gained extra functionality it would be the same with the HAVOC it would still look like a HAVOC.. but maybe what one might look like if they were re-designing it for a new cartoon say. |

A Havoc would be fine, but it?s another vehicle that needs an update. At 1/12 I don?t think things like the drivers laying down works or that they?re fully exposed behind a glass window.
You?d need to beef up the front to offer a time but more protection and to let the drivers sit

You?d need to beef up the front to offer a time but more protection and to let the drivers sit The issues are for me the main guns not traversing more than 10 degrees either way, the exposed gunner seat & the glass cockpit - but so many Gi Joe toys have that issue of a glass or open cockpit.. maybe it is best to just pretend to not notice.. other wise you'd need to notice it on the Hiss Tank too. If the idea is to make a protected armoured vehicle where people sit normally then.. here is always the Battle Bunker.. but that has a bunch of issue that could do with being washed out the design too such as the exposed seats on the back or the missiles launching into the command cabin. Gi Joe is just like that though... it's like toy designers don't have any common sense. Something I thought as I was laughing merrily at the idea of the Armadillo Mini-tank supposedly having 4 60mm canons. (oh how I laughed) Not only that they seemingly only fire cluster munitions making the vehicle only really any use again light armour / unarmoured vehicles and infantry despite the large caliber guns (with no space to keep the ammo in the vehicle). So yeah back to the Havoc there is some much nonsense in that design as soon as you start purging it you'd soon end up with an entirely new design. |

No my dude you most definitely aren't. It was the first thing I asked for when I found out about Classified HasLabs.
I don't know if we'll ever get it, and I fear maybe we'll get that bastardized version they put out in 2014 that was more like the Snow Cat, but I hope if they do it, they do it right. Edit: And the above posts are exactly what happened last time I brought it up. It's a toy, pretend the glass is bulletproof FFS.

I still have my original HAVOC but it was never my favorite vehicle tbh. Maybe it was the sitting duck gunner seat perched on top, idk. I'd have to see what they do with a HasLab version.
