I agree. Ideally, I want a modern version tank in green. Either an updated Mauler or something based on the Abrams. And I would be down to do something like the HISS where you can make it a clean version or add rockets, more guns, and/or grenade launchers. And I think 2 in the body and a commander in the turret is the perfect balance.

Oddly enough Paypal just advised me that Hasbro charged me for my OAMCC preorder, but the Hasbro site still has it in pre-order status. We'll see how this goes, but did anyone else get this?

I got the first preorder window on Tuesday.

Edit: Well I lost the ability to cancel/change the order on the page (not that I wanted to), but I guess that means it's ready to go now, wow.

Personally, I love the Mauler in all its tan pre-Desert Storm glory. I had a complete ARAH set with the box that I sold. I missed it so much I pieced together another one. Its just a great piece. I would be ecstatic to have it in classified scale.

The MOBAT in the comics was a 3-4 man tank. If made in classified, it would be easy to have 2 hatches in the main body and a commander hatch on top.

Yep same, and also the Tuesday Pre-order they did at 11am. Got charged can no longer cancel/edit. They apparently had a lot more of these ready to go than any of us anticipated.

My order is still "confirmed" and shipment is "pending" I have not been charged yet and still can edit/change my order so I'm still a step behind...

Troubling because my order confirmation email from Pulse was sent at 10:01am on Monday. I ordered two and used Paypal. I spoke with Pulse customer service on the phone today to make sure everything was okay. The rep was polite and explained that it's just taking them a while to unload the shipments and that I should ignore the "approximately September 15th" date on my order status screen. Says he thinks it should go out in a week or so.

I'm not in a hurry, but the whole process is a little confusing as it appears there are people who ordered after me who already have it in hand (or at least, have confirmed tracking numbers.). Oh well.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I got mine Tuesday and it's confirmed and in progress, and I assumed I must've been buying from a second wave of them or something, but now people who ordered theirs at the same time are getting charged and/or shipping notifications and I still haven't.

I'm not sure I've ever seen an example of anyone having a confirmed order in Pulse and not getting it (beyond shipping related issues). I wouldn't worry about it. It's impossible to figure out how they fill orders.. but I don't think it's purely first in first out necessarily. Regardless don't think you have reason to worry.

I have not received a shipping notice and nothing in the FedEx app yet either, but definitely charged for it so it's an educated guess it's getting ready to ship in the next day or so. It's definitely going to be way before the 9/15 date.

I'm pretty sure Hasbro always gives dates further out than they believe. Better to surprise people by being "early" than the enormous amount of whining that would happen if they were perpetually late.
