I find the site useful overall, but have curated what sections show up on my home page heavily over time. I'm there more for other hobbies and interests than action figure stuff. Hisstank is way smaller, but always has better info. I would have never known about hisstank if not for /r/gijoe, so there are probably others who started there and landed here over time.

That's kind of a distinction without a difference. I'd bet half the people that complain about missing out on figures here, post the same thing on Reddit.

My order status for Once a Man went from "completed" to "in progress".
This is the first time I've bought something from Pulse that wasn't like 3 months out from release, so I'm not sure if that means anything.
