So I missed this whole fiasco, because I am in Japan and the sale time was right in the middle of the night here. The upcoming 11am EST option is a deal better, but still is midnight, so I may try for that one.

I have wanted a OAMCC figure since I was a kid - unlike many, I adored the movie as a kid, and this is the ultimate figure for me. So it's frustrating to have seen all the deprecating talk about the movie and this figures potential to sell, and then see this happen - as NAM noted, lots of naysayers were just proven wrong - but with negative consequences for those of us who care.

I think this was objectively poorly managed thus far, especially with the 5 figure limit, and no effective communication from the team (just where has been Emily of late? Is she still with the team?)

However, with all that stated, it's not the end for my Classified collecting. On the other hand though, this constructive and frustrated feedback ought to be heard by the Classified team.

I realize we have this next shot, and likely 2-3 more based on Chuckles, Serpentor and Mindbender precedents. And failing those, then there are the scalper listing's as well. So while not ideal, I'll be keeping my eyes out and trying when other options present themselves - and will avoid the scalpers until a definitive "no more resistings will be made available" statement is made by Hasbro.

Im the exact opposite there used to be regular tournaments for sf2 and mk back in the mid to late 80?s and i was a regular competitor that and my moms shop she owned was right beside laser 1 arcade in the continent back in the late 70?s to the 90?s . Grateful that there is a chance to preorder tomorrow - but I wish they didn’t always schedule these preorders during the workday on the East coast. As it happens I have a medical appointment at 11 am tomorrow….and even if I didn’t, I would still have a work meeting that I would need to attend. Limited exclusives are just a ball-ache all around - scrambling to make time to be online for a very narrow purchase/preorder window. Feels like buying toys shouldn’t really be this complicated.

Dhalsim but has not shipped yet. Not getting them all. E Honda and Baraka. Honda is still years out. If I get 5 total I would be ok. They are awesome, but it is more for nostalgia. I played with those figures. Street Fighter 2 was our game. Played for money. Always a group of guys playing tournaments and winner stays for hours

This isn't quite true. In a press release regarding Hasbro's activities at the then upcoming SDCC, Death's Head was mentioned as being a "first to market" item. I reported this on The Fwoosh (and maybe here as well). Yes, it was a weird under-the-radar way of passing this information onto their customers, but the press release did come from Hasbro and was several days before SDCC started. All the other Hasbro SDCC items were listed as exclusives in the release.

I have some of the Jada Street Fighter 2 figures, they are very very good for the price point. I clearly remember playing that on the SNES with my brother in the early 90s and being amazed with the graphics and sounds compared to the original NES system.
