Gah, got called in to a meeting at work right before 1 and just got out. That sucked. Hopefully it goes back up for preorder at some point...I was able to get the Black Series Maul at least since it was still available. I need Mr. Snakeypants though.

Well, we don't know how many more OAMCC figures they could sell. Yes, a bunch of people missed out on him. But those numbers may be in the hundreds, and they'd need thousands more to justify another run of him.

Do we have any idea of how many OAMCC they produced? Hard to believe they spend so much money on a unique mold/parts for him, and he'd be one and done. Not sure how they determine if another run of a figure is worth making.

Companies frequently learn the wrong lessons so I would not be surprised. The Crimson Strike Team was a mistake from conception. One new figure with two repainted figures that are two of the top clearance fodder in the line. People who don't even collect could have told you what a mistake that was with just that simple bit of info.

This was a brand new sculpt figure. Not even close to the same thing, but I suspect they drew that conclusion regardless.

After all the back lash online it feels like a pretty safe bet they'd make more.. especially based on past history. I guess we'll all find out together.

They didn't sell out during the premium hour though and were limited to 1 or 2 depending on which drop it was.

Had the same issue of having to fight with the phone number in checkout. Sold out with the figure still in card. A order limit of 5 was ridiculous.
