Premium is generally worth it, especially with Joe not being a licensed brand. Takes alot of the headache (though there can still be a headache as seen today) out of convention exclusives and partner exclusives.

My brother texted me to tell me about his new car and I literally forgot about this.. by the time I checked at 12:06 (central).. all gone.

This wasn't a must have for me by any stretch. Guess I'll just wait for the inevitable second run.

Cracks me up a bit that I was on and ready and got so easily distracted. Getting old has made it much harder for me to multitask mentally.

Is it any wonder why Hasbro's toy division is failing when they pull crap like this! Limit of 5 ... is marijuana legal in Rhode Island because someone at Hasbro is high.

I already dropped SWB collecting, and was winding down marvel legends, and now this debacle.

What a waste of money paying $50 to be a pulse premium member! Got the email at 1:07PM logged in at 1:08 and sold out.

Oh well, I will be saving a lot of money from things I won't be buying. No OAMCC means no Cobra La and since I won't be getting Cobra La there is really no need to add any other GI Joe the Movie figures to my collection.

Between comic con exclusives and store exclusives, you would think Hasbro would have learned a lesson or two by now, but the simple fact is we are collectors, we are not their customers. They couldn't care less about us.

Was really looking forward to CC too. Something different for GI Joe that we hadn’t had before. I’m really pissed off at how they handled this.

I do question whether SDCC exclusives in particular do more harm than good when it comes to customer engagement.

I wish they'd do things that are probably a bit less stressful for the collecting community.. like timed exclusives. Put it up for 48 hours... sell as many as you want.. make that many (plus whatever you need for shipping or QA issues).

Mondo does this sometimes and it's far preferable to the mad dash to grab something in seconds.

The plus side is at least the GI Joe items tend to get additional runs at least.

There seems to be a lag between the con exclusive page and the actual product page. The same issue occurred for a bit with the Sentinels 2 pack as well
