Night Force Shockwave, in my opinion, has suffered from removing the Shockwave accessories from the figure. A SWAT shield even makes some sense in a Zombie line.

I like getting the Firefly drone again, but I'm just giving them to Firefly so he can drone swarm.

Once a Man Cobra Commander arrived today. The figure and packaging are amazing. Biggest takeaway for me is that this really puts in perspective how much we're being taken advantage of with $35-45+ "deluxe" figures, however.

Hell i remember buying my fist yoda/jawa when i was a kid and thinking its the same price as a big figure . Now its even worse deluxe is weird and non of them are consistent in amount of product , imo neither are pet deluxes gnawghyde isnt bad but a ton of reuse and roadpig @ least his body is all new and his parts but rawkus looks like a total minus the head junkyard reuse ..

You're paying for Road Pig in that set more than you are the dog.

Road Pig is a big boy that requires specialty tooling with m practically 0 reuse.

Gnawgahyde could be better about weapons reuse, but the whaarhog there is the is nice and has minimal reuse potential if any.


The pet packs and the deluxe figures have mostly justified their value. There's a few stinkers where stuff was just tossed in to better meet that price point like the Snow Serpent and maybe Action Soldier.

The real price point that is lacking is the $55+ multipack price point. They hardly ever justify their premium pricing. I'd be alot less harsh at $50 versus $55, especially with some of them being army builder packs.

I've passed several of the two packs just because of this, they're usually reuse so they should be discounting them slightly by bundling them.

I agree with you on it some are good some are great and some like roadpig IMO will be the best pet pack so far crocmaster/fiona is a close 3rd Alpha commando, snake eyes is my second place choice .. and the prices are weird and i get it only so many skus etc yada yada , but value needs to be shown if the price is reflecting something else ..

Also years ago now i remember If it was a two pack it was a better deal . Wasnt it VvsV or spy troops that ended up selling 2 figures taped back to back for the price of one .. the good not so old days ..

I'm more looking forward to the next wave that will be shown at pulsecon probably for early 2025. This is a pretty strong lineup if it's what it turns out to be.

Or at least charging for the price of 2 figures. I don't understand the premium, especially when alot of them are just pure repaints.

100% said this from the beginning. The deluxe and pet prices are ridiculous. Very few of the figures in those prices have justified the cost. We got Mindbender, Chuckles and OAMCC all cheaper than a pet figure and just a couple dollars more than a deluxe.

If the deluxe are going to stay $35 and pets $45 the regular figures should go to $30 to justify the higher priced tier ones.

You arent lying about time ,ever since my son graduated high school its flown by and now its almost 2025 crazy shit .

Also that line up looks great more troop builders ?saw viper and some long time favorites as well and the claw i cant wait for that its my third favorite cobra air vehicle ever ,i easily want @ least 5 but more like 7-8 , i wouldnt mind some crazy dog fight action poses or a flock of them in flight on the ceiling ive been debating on painting it blue for a minute so maybe i will ..
