Thats the way i see it as well , when you started collecting how long youve been collecting what kind of fan are you which year of gijoe is your favorite it boils down to when/how you were introduced to the line .. plus everybody will always have their favorite's
I entered the line with the OG13 is it my favorite wave , yes & no i wont die if they dont make them 100% og 13 accurate but i am a sucker for od green as thats what my dad wore most of the time when he left for a week or more , i like all the designs/colors/genres that joe has been in and while tf wasnt my favorite sub line back then it has grown on me now and i like having 9 different figures rounding out that roster .. nf and ninja force are great as a child of the 70?s ninjas were everywhere night force is like night ops to me and i like them as well , but i really feel like we need more arctic troopers and divers IMO , snow job is bored even with 3 of them on the shelf all w/different heads , we have 3 divers 2 joes and 1 cobra , snow themed characters are my jam along with divers .. i will buy literally all figs they make even eco/def/mega marines/sgt savage VvsV/spy troops or extreme ,action force etc I would be interested to see what they?re taking is a lot of these old characters and how they would update them to current standards ..

No, that's incorrect. It absolutely has an element of subjectivity but it is definitely not personal. Snake Eyes is undoubtedly A List. We know this because he is the only GI Joe with his own wide-release feature film.

Thats me as well, im 52, i remember having the old 12" Joe figures with the real hair, moving eyes and kung-fu grip, so when the OG 13 came out i was 12 i think, and had Short-Fuze, Clutch and Steeler, Short-fuse being the first joe i ever owned, and i collected all the way till the line ended, i didnt not own every figure and definently had favorites, then got back in during the mid 2000s run, through the 25th and 30th and now classified, so, i can easily find characters i like from post 86, Crimson Guard Commander, Flak-Viper, Sky Patrol come to mind, Mega Marines, I didnt own much of any Space force, and thats how i collect classified, i actually only own maybe 50% of the released figures so far, i dont need muliples of the same guy, I have one snake-eyes and frankly i woudnt have him if my brother hadnt found him for at $25 when he was going for $44 at the time, everyone sees these the way they remember and have characters they love more than others, me, I want FastDraw, he is the most absurd, single use person on a battle field, but anyone who walks on to a major battle armed with 2 missiles and just stands the till he aquires a target got some balls, lol

This. I was never and never will be a Snake Eyes fan. I do have his retro though. Meanwhile, Road Pig was my number ONE want when Classified was introduced.

Im 51 so you know where im @ i inherited my older cousins joes and the vehicles when i was a kid so that my first introduction into gijoe and the the og13 came out and i was hooked the genres of G.I. Joe, don?t matter to me it?s all about the aesthetics of the figure now in modern times that i want to see . I havent said no to any joe/cobra in-classified yet but ive said it before im all in and most other lines can take a minute on the bench for the time being ..

Also fast draw is ridiculous as it comes but i want him as well ?deluxe ? price tag of course ,I'm sure ill pick up a few of him he will be a big figure with all that flame retardant gear he has on and i cant wait for him or bacc and muskrat/pathfinder spearhead/max so many others i would jump on in a minute .. i have zero hate for any joe/cobra in existence they all had a purpose @ one point in-time or another

Yeah, even if you absolutely LOATHE Snake Eyes, there's no denying he's an A-list character. He has nearly 100 different figures!

Just like I know some people hate Tom Cruise, but he is 100% an A-list celebrity.
