And somewhere I could swear I saw Steeler listed as an O-4 (major)! Cannot remember where I saw him published like that. Back-up pin-up in a Marvel comic maybe?

One rank is for the toy, another for the comic, 3rd for the cartoon and the 4th is the skeleton from Worlds Without End.

I think pulse is gonna change it's free shipping soon. I bought an 85th ML figure and on the right during checkout it has a box that clearly says "Get free shipping on all orders over $75 with pulse premium"

My order was only $54.11 and I still got free shipping with pulse premium so it kinda confused me.

Go see for yourself if ya don't believe me, add something to a cart and view your cart. It says "shipping is free on orders over $75 with PP"

That must just be poorly worded. I suspect that's for people without Pulse Premium. If you click on Pulse Premium tab at the top of Pulse it clearly lists free standard shipping as one of the perks.
