I guess it is off to Fanshobby's Facebook to suggest they look into prototyping a modern update of the Evader. If Hasbro don't want to make one.

I always thought there was some repaint potential for that vehicle as a more widely used one with the gold one just being the one off custom version.

Don't Cobra La have Motorcycles.. maybe they can make something that is a remould to make both vehicles ?

I guess potentially If they made the Evader but sold it with an Iron Grenadier Motorcycle driver/rider and then it would encourage army building which wouldn't be the case as much if they sold it with Darklon.

Considering how much there is already with Motorcycles in the Brand I think there is some sense to giving The Iron Grenadiers their own Motorcycle equivalent and Darklon's vehicle is a viable choice perhaps. I wouldn't even mind if they tweaked the colours a bit (like adding a little red).

But if nothing else it would be easy enough to 3D print.

I think that's a great idea. And sell it with Ferrets. But it needs a slight redesign in the interior. Always thought the driver should be facing forward and not leaning backwards. Kind of like the centurion Jake Rockwell in Wild Weasel.

There's always the potential for a regular neon green Darklon and then maybe a red and black IG repaint later with a vehicle. They could also do the Iron Grenadier with a purple mask with an IG vehicle. I don't think we should be anticipating no Grenadier vehicles.

I can't stop playing with my Night Creepers. I don't think I have played with a toy this much since I was a tween. What an awesome figure. The ONLY knock is the swords don't stay put too well in the backpack when you start moving him around. But no problem as you can slide them into these makeshift holsters on the sides and he carries them like a Samurai.


IMO the Night Creeper would look awesome in yellow, in some kind of python patrol camo.

That's definitely fine craftsmanship. Darklon's colors or something just come off hokey to me. Maybe the red/green is too Christmas or something. And, he was after my peak years of interest in Joe. Yes, I'm one of those '82-'86 guys. I did get him at the 2012 JoeCon in New Orleans, but that was because he came with Sergeant Major Duncan.

The Night Creeper has come in a ton of color schemes in the past so I would say the chances are high we see some repaints. I love the idea of a Python Patrol version.. that garish uniform has tons of potential.

Regarding the discussion about: To rush, or not to rush the OG13...It just got me thinking a bit about Classified in general. With all the talk of budgeting that inevitably comes up when discussing toys (Lenny wanted to add more to RoadPig but had to keep within budget, The patches tier for the Haslab was to keep costs down, etc.) and the unbelievable momentum that Classified currently enjoys (No better time to be a Joe fan IMHO)... What, if any impact will the looming JOE/TRANSFORMERS crossover movie have on our beloved Classified line? Is it a situation where Hasbro won't mess with a great thing? Or does anyone foresee Hasbro re-allocating/shifting some funding AWAY from Classified in order to create product for the movie?

I know that's a ways off but a comment a few pages back regarding how ME ended just got me thinking. I'd love for anyone to alleviate my paranoid fears as I don't want Classified to end or be unnecessarily compromised anytime soon.

Also, count me among the Tankers who want the OG13 sooner rather than later
