This is the #1 reason why Snake Eyes has 68 different versions and is the "most popular" Joe despite Duke (and later Hawk) being the leader, or Sgt. Slaughter being a multi-medium celebrity of sorts whether he was wrestling in the ring or telling you what's happening this week in between commercials.

Silent Ninja with Guns that I can pretend I am alongside dudes whose voices I know from my favorite cartoon? I'm buying. Firefly, Beachhead, Storm Shadow, and everyone that wears a helmet, we know what they sound like and who they are but they still have that cool mystique, just at a lesser degree.

The only other "character" that did that for me was the Steel Brigade, and getting that rad computer printout of my dossier/file card alongside a masked figure who's voice has never been heard allowed me that same feeling, so, yeah, Steel Brigade was immensely popular in my world, right up there with SE.

Tundra Ranger is an awesome figure design in the ARAH line. Then it got better in the GIJCC version.

That design was great. Made the figure feel new without adding neon or a gimmick.

Its not 3D printed, Darklon will be a standard wave figure in 2025.

This. Like, you know Shipwreck is running a poker game during downtime at Joe HQ, Beachhead, BBQ, etc aren't masking up for that. And we all know Airtight 's famous hairline, none of these are necessary for the figures, just nice to haves for display options.
