A Coil wouldn't be much use in a muddy field that is for sure.

But as a side piece for a Cobra RAGE I think it works for "zipping about an urban setting".. it basically works the same as Urban Motorbikes do in Cyberpunk 2077.

I think people just give it a hard time as it isn't A Real American Hero redo. I think it is likely a step up for the Baroness from her Vespa though.

Exactly. The renders also frequently have a little less emotion or grit or whateveryouwannacallit to them, so the figure could absolutely come out looking even better.

Exactly that or sell him in a retro box set as the first retro vehicle since it should actually be a vehicle that hasnt been made yet IMO . Make him as CLASSIC or RETRO as they can

If they do make him I don't mind if he's released as a pet set first and then a retro later (without the pet) I think I'd like the vest to be removable and I wouldn't mind if they also included an alternative black vest too or made an Officer version with that difference.
I think it is a crucial piece to encourage interest in Cobra Navy stuff though.

I wouldn't mind if they stuck the Chameleon with Heartwrencher... that way we get Zartan's vehicle without having to buy yet another Zartan to get it. Plus, Heartwrencher is a mechanic, so that could be the story reason it comes with her... she was fixing it for Zartan.

Otherwise, you could always package the Chameleon with a Cold Slither Zartan.

I feel like Heartwrencher has to be in the pipeline somewhere and whoever got that info misinterpreted how she'd get released. There's no way that leak was just made up, it's too random.

And wasn't she dating Zartan or banging him or something the one notable time she ever showed up in the comics? It would make sense if she was fixing his ride.
