I think this thing would have funded just as fast or maybe faster if it was $350 with 4 figures. I was expecting it to be at least $400.

Thanks man. I added a different color amulet to darklon since he is the distant ( and envious) cousin to Destro. A green amulet represents greed and seemed fitting.

Thank you very much! It?s been proven my work has influenced a few of Hasbros classfied designs in which I appreciate. I?m too much of a wild card to create for Hasbro directly , I don?t do it for that but if a few of my designs add tweaks to the mass product, that?s a win.


I do this for the fans man. (At first I started this Becuase a bunch of “customizers” and doodlers made fun of me, which was and is one of my driving forces to bar set). It brings me real joy to create Tankers all time favorites .
So my work is selfless, and is exclusive to the Tank.

Zandar?s render is great. It?s a nice blend of modern and vintage. Didn?t think I?d like Zandar with a shirt or jacket, but it?s a great update. Zarana has that fierce snarl, Zartan has his sinister smile, and I think Zandar needs a more expressive face (not that silly Spock eyebrow thing he has happening in the original). His face itself seems too? I don?t know how to put it. He needs to look like Zarana, but male, like he does in the Marvel comic and the Sunbow series. His facial features are also edging toward being ugly. He should look almost fey, fine featured. He?s shorter and has a lighter build than Zartan at 5?8? but he?s the same height as Zarana.

There?s still room for a retro Zandar. Maybe even a Zarana & Zandar 2 pack one day!

I have more to say, but not right now. I?m just glad we?re getting a Zandar figure at all! Thank you Lenny, Emily, Tony, and everyone else on the Hasbro Joe team!

As for Zandar?s face most of the toys faces look way better on the toy than the render.

Zartan is still a viable option with Swamp Skier. No SDCC preorder releases are sold out (understandably so being deluxe/pet and their prior sales thus far). I am not a huge gambler however, if I were a betting man, Zartan and Swamp Skier likely would be sold out in my opinion. Maybe not

I would buy Zartan and skier; v2 and v11. I would guess before Classified is done all 3 show up at some point. Again, what do I know. Wishful thinking. V11 sure would go well with Tiger Force tho . . .

Edit: be curious to know how many retro Zartan are produced vs SS or SE. Could be me, but Zartan was hardest to find after initial preorders.

Since Zartan's already had a retro release and also a con release, I don't know how they'd handle doing him again with the skier. Feels like a missed opportunity. I wouldn't mind them doubling down on a proper retro with a new mold.

I would like that as well use a diff body/arms tone down the color or just have him glowing blue/green give him a an alternate hood/hair piece that looks like his hair is blowing which we saw so many times in the cartoon .. and give us the swamp skier and his little box as well ..

Absolutely. Your Voltar is still my favorite and I was never particularly big fan of the OG figure. Totally rad. Darklon was a childhood favorite so I’m admittedly biased, but your whip is really cool nonetheless. Still need that TARGAT though.

Maybe if they release him with color-changing skin again with the skier it might bring in people who missed the 2021 exclusive? ...or with a Cold Slither hairpiece?
