I personally am clearly in the minority but I like the patches, I think they're fun. I would obviously have preferred a figure but I have no desire to sell the patches because as a toss-in I think they are well designed and fun. I plan to put them on my bucket hat that I wear hiking and to the lake right next to the Marauders Valkyries patch and some state park patches I already have on there.

It's possible they wanted to lower the price. They also might be considering the stinger as well since the stinger releases so close to when the haslab ends. Not to mention the upcoming retro cardbacks that are slated for Oct 1st that will probably ship early as well. So within a few weeks you got.

I don't think it's great to have the haslab end so closely near a $100 vehicle release (how many people are canceling stinger pre-orders to pay for the rattler) but I'm sure it couldn't be avoided. The dragonfly had the perfect window because it ended when there wasn't a whole lot coming out.

I'd still buy a Stinger, I might delay it but I'm still going to buy one or two (so long as they don't sell out). That was the main reason I bought the HMS for the Stinger to use. Besides the UK date is the 25th so I have two weeks extra to pay for it - so it isn't really an issue.
I did cancel one of my NPC sets and most of my Night Crawlers though.

A bigger problem might be that so much stuff is due Early October just after the Stinger. But I am prepared to ditch Storm Shadow if I have too.

UK Pulse only lets you buy one IG Bat so I can't army build that if I wanted too, and well since Hasbro's gotta Hasbro lets see if they have enough sense to not have a huge sale on the clearance sale on the pulse site the week the Haslab ends yeah ?

Okay, so maybe I'm a little dense, but how exactly are the tiers factored into the cost of the HasLab, when you still have to unlock them? Shouldn't the tiers be 'extra toppings' that helps lower the cost of production? For example, they'd get a better price from the factory per unit when they order 18k units as opposed to 9k units?

or... is the idea that regardless of rather or not tiers are unlocked, the tooling for the additional figures is going to be produced, and potentially used for future figures... However, by unlocking the tiers, we help them pay for that new tooling cost early, and as a thank you we get bonus figures made from said new tooling?
