I think the patches were originally supposed to be the cobra paratrooper that got leaked with the survey. But due to whatever reason they pulled it to make it a retail release or something. IDK I'm just throwing darts at the wall.

Something just seems off about them. Classified is 4 years into the line with 3 HasLabs and nothing close to patches has ever been done or offered.

Again, no issues with them being included. But being a whole tier is just bizarre.
