I got a couple extra Mindbenders from The Falcon's Hangar when they had them at MSRP and they weren't packaged like the ones from Pulse. There was no cardboard shipper and the display box sleeve was taped on so you couldn't open him up without removing the seal. That kind of led me to believe there may be special runs happening.

Maybe they were unsent samples initially meant for reviews, or something like that.

Remember they did 2 runs of Mindbender, his initial release in 2022 and then they did a reissue in 2023 for pulsecon last year.
