I would much rather have Rock N Roll v2 as a retro release. Loved that version.

I think Mindbender will have very little difference from the deluxe version. Probably similar to the Snow Serpent or Eel. It will probably make some owners of the deluxe version ticked off.

Thats what im hoping for is a labcoat version w/purple pants , or maybe a straight up redo with a different torso non-zartan arms/body . Cobra sigil on his back .

Agreed on both counts. I'd also like to see Stalker V2 if we're talking Rock N Roll V2. I got both around the same time back in the day and those refreshed looks made for awesome new adventures. Especially with Stalker's kayak lol

I just got the Marauders 2-pack. Pretty nice set. I think these sub-line repaints are a good pick to pair up figures, even though I don’t love the emphasis they seem to putting on two-packs in general. That said, while the 2-packs are not exactly a bargain, I do think they are a better value when compared to some of the Deluxe figure offerings.

I still can’t get on board with he Versus 2-pack. I kind of borderline want the Steel Corps figure, but the CG is not growing on me at all.

Yeah, I pre-ordered the versus pack in case there were folks who were going to armybuild off of them, but I still may cancel. I love Steel Brigade, but I don't know if I love it enough to have a Steel Brigade commander and purple CRIMSON guard...
