Lenny has talked for years about how Road Pig was his favorite character. He was beaming with pride and happiness when they unveiled him. You tearing his creation apart is just mean. The guy most likely reads these threads.

Same for Raptor. You could see the excitement on their faces when they were unveiling him. Maybe you disagree - but calling it 'lazy' or 'copy and paste' is over the top. Take a deep breath. It's okay if you don't like something. Not everyone likes what you like either.

It's just the wings for me, I actually like the rest of the figure a lot. Like someone else pointed out, Raptor was never supposed to fly in his wings, just look like a giant bird. I got a Marvel Legends Angel yesterday so I can try transplanting those onto Raptor.

Raptor was such a niche figure in terms of love and hate-so to try to update him and make him “cool” alienates the nostalgia his fans look for, and ultimately doesn’t make him cool anyway. Also, does he have his amulet?

It?s not the figure/ character bro. It?s the lack of originality on a tier 6 figure that some are glorifying as a great update when it?s lazy work from the concept dept.

It?s clear we have a seasoned team of designers at Hasbro and entry level . Raptor was designed by entry levels.

Another example is the new Iron grenadier.

Some hated the new design of iron grendiers. I liked them, but they should have been called Iron grenadier officers with the color schemes and design - this would expand the lore for troop building and show they are really thinking deeper in terms of concepts.

No one said road pig was lazy or copy paste, you need to read before posting. we said raptor was.

I stated I dislike the design for road pig . I’m not “calming that down”. It doesn’t look good. You think it does, good for you.
