Agreed. Fat Roadpig and Tech Raptor are huge misses in a line that hasn?t had many since the first days of golden armor.

For folks who don't like this version of Raptor: Is it just the wings? What would you have preferred instead?

I didn't like the leak photo, but I don't think I would like natural-looking wings either. I'm on the fence about him after seeing the promo shots.

Raptor looks way better than the cheesy 1987 version with cloth wings. I always thought it was one of the ugliest ARAH figures.

Watching the live stream and to be honest, everything revealed looks great, while i doubt i will get everything, i had no complaints about what was shown,
Cobra Claw with Pilot, Leatherneck, Zandar, Retro Viper, Air Force Halo Jumper, Roadpig are all gets for me,
Raptor and the steel brigade vs twilight gaurd are maybes and the sniper is a pass, and of course the Rattler is a must have and already backed.

He looks just as bad as he did a 1987 except now he?s even more unoriginal by copying the concept from homecoming vulture. He?s a stupid design, but he had potential to be great as a doctor MindBender lab experiment.

The mods here challenged me to do my own variation of raptor, and I?m gonna do just that by giving the fans what they deserve rather than this copy paste bullshit

From a visual standpoint I don't see how he looks worse than vintage. That thing was awful. From a design standpoint, I don't know anything about homecoming vulture so it doesn't bother me. I think the tech aspect makes more sense than fabric wings that have been proven not to work for flight.
