I thought the thinking now was that Starduster is a mainline release and Nemesis Immortal replaced him as the Pulsecon exclusive. Maybe there's hope he won't be that hard to track down.

This. I completely understand some folks preferring a more realistic/whatever aesthetic to their Joes/Cobras. I personally want a mix. Some characters are inherently more real-world, but some just lose their magic when they're taken too seriously.

I know we're adults, but these are toys. They're supposed to be fun.

Agree 100%. In my mind, Raptor is an accountant who went Patrick Bateman and trained and bred birds to hunt human prey, dressing up as a bird to help with training them. He is not a guy who wears a jetpack and slashes people with strap-on Wolverine claws.

I am holding out hope he gets the "Tripwire" treatment and has options to kit him out as a bird handler and not off-brand Vulture.

Guys, be patient. I don' think those figures from the FF are too much of today's stuff. It's mostly repaints with the exception of Raptor (who we had already seen a little tiny bit of in prototype form weeks ago).

We still have the HasLab coming, Wave 18 reveals (Leatherneck/Dial-Tone/Zandar/SAW-Viper), Road Pig, Nemesis Enforcer and possibly renders for something else? Maybe a mid-size vehicle reveal? Maybe the next retro wave renders reveals? And definitely 2-3 name only reveals I'm sure.

Regarding Raptor...I'm feeling a little disappointed they went with mechanical, metal looking wings. Part of me thought we might get 2 sets of wings (metal and feathers) or feather wings but with a mech-like rocket or fan accessory to be able to clip onto his feather wings for those that wanted a more modern take. I'm sure he'll grow on me more as we see more of him and am reserving full judgement until we see everything.

A bit disappointed with raptor. The wings make sense, I guess. Don't care for the red stripes, but those should be removable. Or, just wait for a retro haha...fml
