That shiny effect might be nice to see on some other toys too.. like on Transformers Faces or accessories for example.
(Shame they didn't use it on Metal Hawk for example - but they could use it on the 2025 lines perhaps - it would be nice to see Transformers One toys with a shiny finish... but then to be honest the old Takara WFC toys had a shiny finish and that looks so nice - I think that was baked paint though - like Cybertron/Galaxy Force Galvatron had).

Going forwards perhaps they could shiny up some other things like bombs or rockets, exhausts or engine blocks etc.. Pre-supposing that the new effect is more durable that normal vac metalisation while looking nearly as good - and also sticking to a wider range of materials too.

Amusingly I recall Lucasfilm bragging about chroming rubberised prop weapons back for the Prequels - so Chroming things you can't usually chrome is older than Hasbro might like us think it is perhaps.

Why do the ?viper goggles? fit the figures head not the helmet unless if it were real they would/could come with bother sizes of goggles .

Also to the question of they rereleased the viper again i have 4PP
2 CI 1 3 pack and 2 crimson sure and if it has a vac metal helmet like the hall of heroes version did i would be in for @ least 6 .. hopefully the range viper makes the retro card list before the viper does ..

Hell there was a time when they vac metaled every c-3p0 and r2-d2 and i do see old vac metal guns regularly @ thrift stores and some of the older master replica lightsabers are vac metal as well and not saying anything about the jango fett stunt pistols that are vac metal ..

Oh God, that would be horrible. The finally make a retro carded V2 Snake-Eyes... and he is tiger stripes. I would be cursing the toy gods at that point.

Same here. Was one of the few figures I could never find. Making an iconic army builder an exclusive was a big blunder in my view. Even with the 3 pack, why did they have to make it look different? Was there a reason they couldn't just issue the exact same CI Viper in a 3 pack? I would have bought several of those.
