It might not necessarily ship from a local store. I have multiple Tiger Paws coming, 1 of them was created from a store 15 minutes from me. The other from a place in Virginia. Usually orders from Target for me ship from Pennsylvania.

It’s 99.9% not at the store and definitely not worth driving 80 miles for it. Weird about being grayed out. All 3 options for me are gray but when I click on the pickup it shows not available at my home store but the find it near me button shows up red. None of the 14 stores within 48 miles has it.

When I try to select that one store it says pickup not available.

I learned to never trust Target's online inventory. Went through that with Breaker when it said they had a whole case. Nothing was on the shelf, and an employee said they had some according to his scanner then disappeared to check in the back and never returned.

That employee ghosted you and not because they did not have it. I can say for certain if his scanner showed they had it the product was in the building somewhere. Their app, along with popfindr, which is linked to their inventory database updates in real time.

The only thing it cannot account for is if somebody stashes or is walking around the store with the item.

Unfortunately, the one thing Target has done away with is assigning items to specific shelf spots in their back rooms so if employees do not know where to look or what the shipping case looks like they will not find it.

All that being said, if the Target website and app are not letting you pick their store then it is not in the building. A couple of mine say there is 1 Marvel Warbird available and I can order for pickup but I know it will be cancelled out by the time it is picked for my order.

I think these TF 2 packs will arrive sooner than expected. Preorders say delivery July 29 but I can order the 2 pack for July 24 delivery right now. I am just not cancelling my preorders because I paid $38 for them.

When I worked at Walmart in high school the stock room was pretty random. There were sections where each department was stocked, but nothing had a designated spot. I guess it would be kind of hard to keep things organized that way since products come and go regularly.

I picked up my orders from this morning just now! When I went to cancel my preorders I noticed that they are are now "preparing to ship" so looks like I will end up with two or be returning a set next week. No Tiger Paws spotted here yet though. Headed to the other Target now to pick up Warbird.
