They're heads. They're the exact same parts from the Steel Corps set, repainted.

The Steel Corps heads are still significantly hollowed out at the bottom, but they are still heads that have a ball peg socket and not helmets.

Those are interchangeable HEADS, not helmets that go over the head sculpts. You'll have to pop them off the neck peg to change them. Atleast that's what they appear to be and have been with other similar figures in the line.

I'm glad that Scarlett/Glenda/Quarrel were all given their own unique headsculpts instead of just being lazy repaints, like the 80's toys were.

When they get around to doing Retro VYPRA, I hope she gets her ow unique headsculpt, to differentiate her from Jinx.

I went to my local store just now, and told 'we don't have any, and if we did, it's street dated.' She did not seem to be being honest with me, in her tone, with the 'we don't have any,' but still, when I brought up the tracking and the logical assumption, she seemed nervous. Not that I think the associate was aware of some conspiracy, more likely just told by her manager 'hey, it's street dated, just keep telling him 'no' and he'll leave.' I don't fault her and I was polite, but it does feel like they're selling them and then realizing their mistakes or something over here in my neck of the woods.

Target, Walmart and GameStop have shipped items from stores lately especially with preorders. That could explain the inventory going down. I ordered multiples of the figures from GameStop last week and every figure shipped from a different location and in a separate box.

My NF cycle was shipped from a Walmart 20 minutes from me. When I ordered the $12 Grunt figure from Target it was pulled from store stock and shipped.

Interesting observation with my Retro Eel. The Cobra stand that came with it, is glossy, where all the others up to this point have been more matte.

Do you have the retro Scarlett, Duke and Recondo figures? I thought their stands were glossy too? I have 6 glossy ones and that would match the last 6 retro figures.

Akiko or whatever her name is head fits perfectly on the body obviously. And you can even get the Vypra mask on over it!

According to the description on Walmart it is an alternative helmeted head for both.
