I am 100% in on this one! I loved that Skiff and the whole set. He may have been my favorite dreadnok as a kid.

As for the Falcon/Quarrel 2 pack, I was a hard pass when it was gonna be Heartwrencher, but I like the look of Quarrel and that she is not an exact copy of Scarlett/Glenda. I also like the new look for Falcon all the way around. Not a fan of the first Falcon buck or head, so this is good for me. And I will try the new head on the original, and if it looks right, then either SB helmet or maybe one of the Outback heads, since I have both. Hmmm.., old man Outback might look cool, will have to see how the skin matches.

You could always sell off the calf. But yeah, I think the pet packs are $10 too much. They often go on sale soon after release though. You can get Mutt and Junk for $35 now on Target.com. Gnawgahyde will probably go on sale or clearance somewhere before Walmart even ships mine.

So I finally got to open my Retro Beachhead today and I had a random thought. When did a cross bow become a thing that Beachhead carried?

My 25th figure had it, and this one does too, but as far as I know his vintage figures didn't have a cross bow.

Fairly certain they are alternate heads, and not actual helmets. They are the same heads from the Steel Corps pack repainted. I wonder if this was done on purpose (could be giving them too much credit) as you could still buy 1 set, use the Falcon head to fix your mainline release Falcon and then use the provided Steel Corps head to still have another figure / trooper.

Hopefully the Retro Scarlett body looks better with this helmet/head, the female Steel Corps looked like she had no neck.

Speaking of Beach Head's crossbow, has anyone tried any of the other crossbows we've gotten in the line to see it they would still plug into his backpack?

I really can't stand the all green mold of his weapons. Wondering if Movie, Blackout, or Retro Scarlett's crossbows would fit in there as well since they're all molded in black?

Don't have any of those in front of me at the moment, but wasn't sure if someone already tried.
