I can't even log on to the site (says my password has expired, but I've reset it at least 5 times now and even after doing that it either says my password is still expired or that my login is unauthorized.

I submitted a ticket a few days ago but have not heard back at all.

They screwed the pooch on this revamp. Not only did they not make sure the new site was stable and working before they completely got rid of the old site, but they chose to do it a week before SDCC?

Seems like many mistakes were made by more than a few people at Hasbro and their IT department and the team in charge of the site overhaul.

Speaking of SDCC, does anyone know how that Cobra Commander sale is going to work there? I've got a friend going and she's willing to queue up for me to get a hold of one of them but she wasn't sure if this was going to be a situation where she has to reserve a spot in line or just get in the queue, or whatever. I've never been so I have no idea...

I hate to see anyone else going through this, but now I'm glad it hasn't just been my account. I had password expiry issues, had to re-buy Pulse Premium, their new sort/filter functions are just awful, it's been a real pain. Like, why did they think any change was necessary, let alone just before a major pre-order event?!?

I didn’t have a HISS Tank as a kid, but I’m happy to say I have the Classified version. Same with Serpentor and the Air Chariot and the Flight Pod. All a little before my time. But super pleased to have them now.

Definitely a bummer. And also giving me some concerns about preorders for next week. I hope they get everything and everyone taken care of by this time next week, just for the sake of the JOE collectors out there.

I wouldn't even mind if it was randomly in Night Force or Tiger Force but the Carded line seems like a sensible place to put such a thing and to be honest they is more missing with Breaker than there is with Beachhead.. who I didn't really have any serious complaints with the figure itself (thought I get why some don't like the weapons) the carded 6" one isn't hugely improving that area of the figure really.

I think Rock & Roll has some potential to be remade on a card too.

I hope we get a retro carded release of the Stinger driver. Breaker too and maybe a retro carded Hisstank driver with variations obviously

There was a portal where you have 12 credits a day and you pick time slots for Funko or Mattel or Hasbro. I picked pretty much all Hasbro time slots. I should hear back this week if I got a time slot. That being said, it?s a bs. A couple of years back I didn?t get a slot for Hasbro but on the internet it said to just lurk by the entry. Sure enough as soon as the line died down the guy let me in. No biggie

My dream item would be the Defiant. I know it would never happen, but I wanted that thing so bad as a kid. Never got it. A Classified version would be insanely huge and cost at least $600. But it would be amazing!

Terror Drome. Was too old to get one back then but when I saw one on display at NJCC I was beyond impressed!
