They don't seem to have done much to address the flaws in the Pulse store "yet".

I don't think anything's changed at this point. Still trying to change the shipping address on a preorder. Guess I'll have to call them.

Calling pulse is the only way to get it handled .. good luck to everyone that is having problems ..

On desktop it should have a link to orders older than the site change you use to edit or cancel and order, for orders newer than the site change I have no idea not had to do that yet.

I went to the old site where directed and still can't edit the address on anything. I can cancel orders but that's about it.
